ManpowerGroup, the world’s leading workforce solutions company, has been recognized for the eighth consecutive year as a World’s Most Ethical Company by the Ethisphere Institute, a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices.

In addition, ManpowerGroup was recently named as one of the Fortune Magazine’s 2018 World’s Most Admired Companies for the 15th year in a row, ranking second in the category of “Most Admired Company” within the diversified outsourcing services industry.

With these double accolades of “Most Ethical” and “Most Admired,” ManpowerGroup confirms its position as the most trusted brand in the industry.

Del Mar resident Phil Blair, executive officer of Manpower’s San Diego franchise, said the awards reflected a company-wide dedication to workplace ethics, operations excellence and civic involvement.

“Throughout our company, both locally and nationally, we believe that running a successful business also means contributing to the betterment of the people and communities we serve,” said Blair, who along with executive officer Mel Katz operate similar Manpower franchises in Riverside, Las Vegas and New Mexico.

“These awards are testament to those values as embraced by our employees, who provide value to our corporate clients while helping job-seekers develop the best and most effective skills to access to opportunity and meaningful employment.”
