UCSD Extension in September will launch a new certificate program for gaming enthusiasts looking to find a job as a mobile phone game developer.
Applications for the Casual Game Development certificate program are now being accepted for the 12-month, two-night-a-week program taught by experienced industry professionals at the Digital Arts Center at UCSD Extension, dac.ucsd.edu.
To be eligible to enroll, students must have previous experience in game art or a related field or hold a bachelor's degree that includes significant focus on art or programming.
