RSF agents turn to auction An auction property in the Cielo development sold on June 14 after being on the market for 421 days and shortly after being placed in Prudential California Realty's Auction Division. Andrea Dougherty and Michael Taylor, of the company's Rancho Santa Fe office, listed the property.
The original listing price was $3 million and the suggested opening bid for the auction was $1.5 million. Prudential would not release the auction price because the sale was still pending.
CV attorney on AAJ board A longtime partner in San Diego's oldest plaintiff's law firm, Casey Gerry, was recently elected to serve on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice, which is the world's largest trial bar with 55,000 members.
Frederick Schenk of Carmel Valley is filling an existing term, which expires in July 2010. He is the only San Diego attorney currently serving on the board.
Schenk has been an attorney with Casey Gerry since 1983. He co-authored the LexisNexis California Automobile Litigation Handbook and has been listed in Woodward and White's "Best Lawyers In America" since 2005.
Dahlin picks up awards Dahlin Group Architecture Planning, with an office in Solana Beach, led in the 2009 Gold Nugget Awards. The group collected eight grand and 14 merit honors, including Residential Project of the Year, Detached.
