A Celebration of Life for Marilyn N. Shaw will be held on April 29 from 2 to 4 p.m. at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Del Mar. Mrs. Shaw served on the Del Mar Union School District board for many years.
Known for her entrepreneurial qualities and contributions to the community, support of women and passion for people, McDonnell was dynamic, never knew a stranger and accomplished.
Longtime Del Mar resident Richard John Lighthall passed away peacefully at the age of 86 on Feb. 1.
