Learn important information about ovarian cancer at a free educational forum from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Sept. 16 at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.
Presenting at the forum will be a panel of educators and cancer survivors from the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of San Diego. The event will help attendees better understand the symptoms and risk factors for ovarian cancer through the H.E.A.R. program, which stands for Hope, Experience, Awareness and Risk Factors. Presenters will also share personal stories of empowerment, recovery and renewal.
