First freshen up City Hall

If the City of Del Mar really wants to "freshen up downtown" and "attract investors, development, businesses ..." and make downtown more marketable, take a hard look at Del Mar City Hall. So much for civic pride. This public meeting place, information center and public offices are located in a horrendous building. Its aesthetics are nil and the interior working conditions for the City Manager and the City's employees are laughable. It's embarrassing. And, the public bathrooms there are a whole 'nuther story.
