  • Rancho Santa Fe Forest Health Task Force meets: 9 a.m. Association office.
  • Free landscape workshop: 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Rancho Santa Fe Garden Club. Santa Fe Irrigation District presents the workshop on conservation strategies and water smart plants, taught by Don Schultz, a faculty member of the Cuyamaca College Horticulture Department.   • Santa Fe Irrigation District board of directors meets: 8:30 a.m. Irrigation district office.
  • Rancho Santa Fe Association board of directors meets: 9 a.m. Association office.
  • Rancho Santa Fe Business Leader Sun Downer: 6-7 p.m. Rancho Santa Fe Community Center. Event features networking and a short program as well as wine and light refreshments. $10 for business associates, $20 general admission. Admission includes one drink ticket.   • Chabad Jewish Center of Rancho Santa Fe Rosh Hashanah service: 6:30 p.m. Morgan Run Resort. Morning service will also be held on Sept. 19 and 20 at 10 a.m. Shofar sounding at 12 p.m. on Sept. 20.
