Considering how dominant San Diego Jewish Academy pitching sensation Michael Fagan has been in three-plus seasons, nothing he does at this point should really come as a surprise.
But Fagan turned in another jaw-dropping performance — even by his own ridiculously high standards — as he led the torrid Lions to their 10th straight victory to start the season.
Fagan struck out all 15 batters he faced in five innings to lead the Lions to a 12-0 Citrus League West victory over Lutheran of Chula Vista on March 29.
He breezed through the game throwing just 56 pitches.

Morse and David Raimi each had two hits, including a double and two RBI to lead the Lions offensively.
Fagan became the state's leader in strikeouts with 80. He improved his record 5-0 as he lowered his ERA to 0.44. Fagan ranks second in San Diego County and 34th in ERA, and is tied for eighth in the state and leads the county in victories.
