Carmel Valley student receives D.C. congressional internship

Carmel Valley resident Matthew McCullough, Class of 2011 at The Bishop’s School, has received an internship for fall 2011 in Washington D.C. working for Congressman Duncan Hunter. Matthew will be focusing his efforts on the House Committee on Education. Matthew is the founder and current president of the Bishop’s Young Republicans Club. He will begin USC in Spring 2012 after his “Gap Semester” in DC where he plans to study economics. Matthew was also on the Bishop’s School varsity water polo team that won CIF this year.
