San Diego-based Pacific Building Group’s director of business development Allison Beall, a Carmel Valley resident, has won CREW Network’s Impact Award in the category of Member-to-Member Business. CREW is the commercial real estate industry’s premier business networking organization dedicated to advancing the achievements of women in the industry.
The award was presented at the 2012 CREW Network national Convention and Marketplace in Chicago on Oct. 25.
The Member-to-Member Business award bestows accolades to the national CREW Network member who consistently demonstrates an extraordinary commitment to either referring business to CREW members, connecting CREW members or doing business with other CREW members. The winner exemplifies the power and spirit of CREW Network, and the award recognizes the winner’s focus on generating business for other CREW members over the last one to two years.
Beall received the award for creating millions of dollars worth of business opportunities among more than 20 CREW San Diego members. She was selected from a nationwide pool of candidates from CREW chapters in 78 markets throughout the U.S. Other awards categories included Economic Improvement, Career Advancement for Women and Entrepreneurial Spirit. Beall was the only winner from San Diego.
Beall joined the board of CREW San Diego in 2009 and has been actively involved in the growth and strategic planning of CREW San Diego since that time, including serving as education chair and president of the chapter.
“I am incredibly honored to have received this award,” said Beall. “Ultimately the greatest strength of CREW is the openness to introduce one another and to develop new relationships for that next great business opportunity.”
