San Diego Jewish Film Festival

During an 11-day run that wrapped Feb. 16, the San Diego Jewish Film Festival showcased more than 60 contemporary Jewish-themed films from around the world celebrating life, human rights and freedom of expression. The San Diego Center for Jewish Culture at the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center presented the 24th annual festival at the Jacobs Family Campus. Highlights for this year’s event included a private advance screening Feb. 5 of a film about the “Jewish Elvis”: “Neil Diamond: A Solitary Man.”
