Pardee Homes has earned high honors in the 2013 Gold Nugget Awards, including Best Residential Project of the Year for detached housing, for Alta Del Mar. Alta Del Mar also won Grand Awards for Community Site Plan; Landscape Design for a Residential Project and Architectural Design of a Single Family Detached Home over 4,000 square feet, for Estate Home Three. Estate Homes Two and Four earned Awards of Merit for architectural design.
