Fleet Feet celebrates Global Running Day

Fleet Feet in the Village of Pacific Highlands Ranch celebrated Global Running Day on June 5 with “The Big Run”, a free 5K for the local running community.

The store hosts free, weekly runs on Wednesdays at 6:15 p.m.(three to six mile loops) and Saturday mornings at 7:30 a.m. where distances from three to 10 miles are available on an out and back route. Fleet Feet is also hosting a free Summer Sweat series on Tuesdays at 6:15 p.m. Through Aug. 6, every session will be lead by a coach with in-depth information on proper running form, proper mechanics, dynamic warm-up routines, strength-building and more.
