Carmel Valley’s Shaolin Kempo Arts students and senseis performed at Petco Park on Sunday, July 14 in honor of the San Diego Padres Martial Arts Day.
This is Shaolin Kempo’s tenth year performing and they were one of only eight dojos asked to perform countywide. Students performed with nunchucks, bo staffs, katana swords, rope darts and their littlest 5-year old super hero ninja broke a board on the Sycuan stage in front of hundreds of audience members.
