Notre Dame Academy and St. Therese of Carmel celebrate new soccer field

Notre Dame Academy (NDA) and St. Therese of Carmel held a special event to mark the Grand Opening of their new soccer field March 11. Sister Marie Pascale, NDA’s principal/president, along with Fr. Chris Tozzi and Fr. Nick Dempsey of St. Therese of Carmel, officially opened the field with a ceremonial ribbon cutting. The NDA Dads’ Club served up their renown BBQ hot dogs and hamburgers and following the ribbon cutting, the Sisters demonstrated their soccer skills by taking penalty shots on goal.

Students participated in mini soccer games versus their moms and dads. Fun field games finished off the day.
