‘Starry Starry Night’ Spring Auction benefit for Solana Highlands School

Solana Highlands Elementary School held its annual fundraiser “Starry Starry Night” March 24 at Westroot Tavern in Pacific Highlands Ranch.

The event, sponsored by the Solana Beach Schools Foundation, featured a silent auction to raise money for the school’s STREAM (science, technology, research, engineering, art and math) and supplemental PE programs. The auction items included experiences donated by Solana Highlands teachers and staff for students and their families, including “Principal for a Day,” a Pancake Breakfast cooked by Principal Matthew Frumovitz, hikes in San Dieguito park, mini golf outings with teachers, trips to Swirls and Ceramic Cafe with favorite staff and teachers, and more.
