Carmel Valley Library Family Concert Series presents award-winning violinist

October’s free family music program sponsored by the Friends of the Carmel Valley Library will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. in the library’s community room. It will feature award-winning Brazilian violinist Ayrton Pisco.

Pisco is classically trained yet shows his versatility by performing music from his native country, tango and jazz. He is the recipient of many awards, including first prize in the 2018 La Jolla Symphony Young Artist Competition. He will be accompanied by pianist Suzanne Schick in a program of music by Bach, Barber, Ysaÿe and Piazzolla.
