Del Mar Library will host “Discover the Secret to Living a Life Filled with Peace, Contentment and Fulfillment” with speaker Andrew Vidich, Ph.D. on Saturday, July 14, at 2 p.m.

In this workshop Vidich will present a simple yet powerful meditation technique. Participants will be guided through a first-hand personal experience of meditation which is the secret to profound personal well-being and global healing.

Vidich is an educator, international speaker, and author/editor of more than five books. Vidich has been an adjunct assistant professor of religion at Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY, and Iona College in New Rochelle where he taught courses in the nature and experience of religion, meditation, death and dying, and Islamic studies. He is the co-founder of The Interfaith Council of New York and member of the Board of Directors of a Meditation Center in Amityville NY. He has been studying meditation for 44 years under the guidance of three renowned meditation teachers.
