Solana Beach Presbyterian Church volunteers help keep trails beautiful and safe
TJ Freedland and eight other volunteers from the Solana Beach Presbyterian Church trimmed brush along the Torrey Pines Loop Trail through Gonzales Canyon on Community Serve Day, Sunday, Feb. 25.
Ranger Carey Goldstein, from the City of San Diego Department of Park and Recreation, and Trish Boaz, executive director of the San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy, led the project.
The weather was perfect and the native plants were starting to bloom. The City of San Diego and the San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy thank the volunteers for keeping their trails beautiful and safe.
