Carmel Valley pet store event benefits Pug Rescue

EarthWise Pet Supply Carmel Valley, a natural pet food, supply, grooming and self wash pet store, hosted a holiday fundraiser Dec. 6 for Pug Rescue of San Diego.

The annual holiday affair featured pet photos with Santa, holiday costume and “P-UGly” sweater contests, along with a barbecue and bake sale and an opportunity drawing.

Funds raised help Pug Rescue of San Diego County continue to provide medical intervention and foster care to the pugs relinquished to the rescue organization.
