If life’s demands have you anxious, tense and worried, consider trying meditation. At 6:30 p.m. June 16, registered nurse Sandra Brook will be at the Solana Beach Library to introduce proven meditation and relaxation techniques to benefit your emotional well-being and your overall health.

Anyone can practice meditation — it’s simple, inexpensive, and doesn’t require any special equipment. You can practice meditation wherever you are — out for a walk, riding the bus, or waiting at the doctor’s office.
