Cookies for a cause: Friendly Feast Cookie Club comes to Ranch 45

The Friendly Feast Cookie Club will be coming to Solana Beach’s Ranch 45 on Sunday, June 7 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The event will highlight cookies from four of San Diego’s top bakers and restaurants and all proceeds benefit Friendly Feast and Frontline Foods, a nonprofit that contracts with local restaurants to provide healthcare workers with meals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The fundraising cookie box will include the oatmeal, white chocolate, cranberry cookie from Ranch 45; coconut macaroon thumbprint with strawberry-lime jam from Chef Megan Galindo; “Nutella S’moreo” cookie made by Faye Rodriguez of Faye’s Desserts; and Chocolate Lovers Chocolate Chip Cookie from Brittany Vargas’ of Thick & Thin Cookie Co. The boxes cost $25 and feature a total of eight cookies.
To place your order, visit friendlyfeast.org and click on the “cookie club” tab. Orders will go on sale May 26 and will be capped at 24 boxes. Once you’ve secured your box, pickup instructions will be emailed to you, with each order receiving a special pickup time between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to ensure social distancing can be observed at Ranch 45. Ranch 45 is located at 512 Via De La Valle, #102, Solana Beach.
