Neurobiologist speaks at Del Mar Hills Academy
Neurobiologist and Del Mar Hills Academy parent Dr. Ardem Patapoutian spoke at an April 28 event on “May the Force be with you! Genes involved in sensing temperature and touch.” Fourth through sixth grade students had the opportunity to find out how those genes work with a few hands-on demonstrations highlighting various sensory perceptions.
