Registration begins Aug. 1 for Coastal Cleanup Day

I Love A Clean San Diego (ILACSD) has coordinated the San Diego County’s largest volunteer event of the year, Coastal Cleanup Day, for 30 years as part of the International Coastal Cleanup Day event. This year, on Saturday, Sept. 17, from 9 a.m. to noon, thousands of community members will gather to cleanup and beautify over 100 coastal and inland sites across San Diego County. ILACSD encourages volunteers to sign up for a site in their neighborhood to make a lasting impact on the entire region. Online registration for Coastal Cleanup Day opens Aug. 1 at CleanupDay.org.
