Bike to Work Day spins over to May 29

Pledge to “go by bike” on Bike to Work Day, coming up Friday, May 29 (rescheduled from May 15). Join thousands of bike riders throughout the San Diego region on the morning of Bike to Work Day as they attempt to log 25,000 miles — the equivalent of one trip around the world and 1 million calories burned!

Log your bike trips in the iCommute TripTracker tool to make sure you’re included in the Bike to Work Day count. Every time you bike to work and log your trips in May, you will be entered to win prizes, including a new bike from Bicycle Warehouse.

When you pledge to “go by bike,” you can stop by one of an estimated 100 pit stop locations on Friday, May 29 to pick up your free T-shirt, snacks, and encouragement. Pit stops will be available from 6 to 9 a.m. and locations will be listed on the Bike Month web page in May.
