Inaugural Junior Buddy Bowl Charity Flag Football Tournament to benefit Challenged Athletes Foundation

The Inaugural Junior Buddy Bowl Charity Flag Football Tournament for high school students will be played Sunday, May 17, to benefit the Challenged Athletes Foundation’s Operation Rebound program.

The Junior Buddy Bowl was established and organized by Nick Miller, Cathedral Catholic High School student and son of Buddy Bowl founder Ron Miller. Teams from Cathedral Catholic, St. Augustine and Torrey Pines High Schools will raise funds and awareness for CAF Operation Rebound.

CAF Operation Rebound athletes Sergeant Daniel Casara, U.S. Army (ret.) and Captain Eric McElvenny, U.S. Marine Corps (ret.) will be honorary coaches for the teams. The Junior Buddy Bowl will be played on Sunday, May 17, from 2 p.m.-6:30 p.m. at the Rancho Santa Fe Soccer Fields, 16826 Rambla de las Flores, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067.
