Carmel Valley Dons Mighty Mite team off to strong start
The Carmel Valley Dons Mighty Mite team is off to a great start by winning five out of six games. First year quarterback #20 Jack Foate is playing like a seasoned veteran behind a strong front line led by #11 Logan Berzins and tight end #5 “Mr. Big” Grant Anderson. While top scoring running back #15 William Alter looks like a young LaDainian Tomlinson. Leading the way on defense is standout Crew Fritsch #56. The team was victories against Inland Valley this past weekend, setting the stage for a good playoff seed. The Mighty Mite team is made up of 8 and 9-year-old boys from the Carmel Valley area.
