Are you interested in architecture or engineering?

Carmel Valley Branch Library needs a volunteer to facilitate the Future Engineers and Architects of Tomorrow (FEAT) program. As the coordinator, the volunteer will assist elementary and middle school students to have fun building simple structures such as toy cars, bridges, and miniature 3D-cities out of common materials such as straws, paper-clips and newspaper.

This program was started by volunteers and is popular and highly requested. If interested in volunteering to coordinate this program then please contact Branch Manager, Vy Tu or Youth Services Librarian, Dave Ege.

Need help with homework assignments,

test preparations, reading skills, or other school related learning? Volunteer San Diego and READ will be offering tutoring for grades K- 12 on Tuesdays from 6 to 7:45 p.m. Registration is required, so sign up early at the Circulation Desk.

A Yoga Class

Every class utilizes chairs but please bring your own exercise mat if desired. No reservations are required.
