Children’s film fest will feature international shorts for all ages

More than 170 short films from directors around the globe will be shown at the seventh annual San Diego International Children’s Film Festival from July 25 through Aug. 14 at locations around the county.

The event kicks off from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 25 as part of Kids Day at Comic-Con, Room 9 at the San Diego Convention Center. Screenings are free with admission to Comic-Con.

One-hour programs combining animated, live-action and documentary short films are clustered for different age groups each day of the festival.
