Community Open House to be held for Watermark Del Mar project

A development team is in the early stages of planning a residential project called Watermark Del Mar for the vacant property southwest of the intersection of Jimmy Durante Boulevard and San Dieguito Road.

In order to introduce the proposal to the community and get early feedback, the team is holding a Community Open House on Monday, July 29, from 5-7 p.m. at the Powerhouse Community Center.
