Dirty Dogs hosts adoption event

Dirty Dogs in the Torrey Hills Center will host a pet food drive and adoption event Dec. 14 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The donations will go to Helen Woodward Animal Center’s “Animeals” program to assist homebound seniors who own pets.

The adoption event will also feature the German Shepherd Rescue group. Dirty Dogs’ last collaboration with the group brought new owners to five dogs.

On Dec. 18, Dirty Dogs will also host a “Yappetizers and Wine” event at Taste of Italy from 5 to 8 p.m.

Dirty Dogs is located in Torrey Hills Center.
