San Diego County Supervisor Dave Roberts awarded proclamations Aug. 4 to five students, including three from Torrey Pines High School, for producing award-winning videos. The TPHS students — Jessica Rose, Gabby Pacula, Madi Lombard and Diego Majewski — produced the video “Let It Go,” which sent a powerful message to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illness. The video tied for third place in the statewide Directing Change Student Film Contest.
