‘For Young Chefs Summer Camps’ offered
‘For Young Chefs Summer Camps’ will be held for children ages 9-17 years old in Carmel Valley this summer by accomplished chef and host Palma Bellinghieri.
For Young Chef’s Summer Camps this year will feature the “Around the World” series exploring different cultures, preparing international recipes from scratch and learning about healthy ingredients. Each participant will also become the “Host of the Day” by learning to orchestrate a festive dinning experience using themes from the country being discovered and studied that day. Participants will learn etiquette and manners from around the world.
Camp includes apron, healthy snack prepared by students, individually designed recipe binders, recipes, materials, decorations and all healthy ingredients.
