Halloween comes early to Del Mar

Families celebrated Halloween in the Village of Del Mar on Oct. 24. Local businesses decorated their storefronts and stocked up on treats for basket-toting youngsters. The event also featured arts and crafts, face-painting and a performance by Joe Ward, a Hollywood illusionist.
