Kudos to Nancy Stoke

Kudos to Nancy Stoke! She had an idea and ran with it and now 2,220 children will enjoy a new stuffed animal to cheer them up. Nancy collected the stuffed animals at the fair by being at the fair nearly every hour it was open. That is typical of Nancy’s volunteering spirit. She is a community volunteer who gives of herself in a variety of ways and places, but always puts others first. How lucky we are in Del Mar is to have Nancy and her commitment to many causes in our own backyard. The stuffed animals will go to Rady Children’s Hospital, Doctors Without Borders and other charities.
