Latino women raise funds for neonatal care

The Milagros Unit of Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary hosted the 50th annual “Heard it Through the Grapevine” benefit on June 6 at The Flower Hill Promenade in Del Mar. It was the fifth year Milagros arranged the fundraiser, welcoming patrons to sample spirits from 19 wineries and tastes from Il Fornaio, Pacifica Del Mar, The Fish Market, Sienna Caffe, Sbicca, Cafe Secret, Chevy’s Fresh Mex, Pica Y Sal, Rotisserie Affair, and Desert Delights.

Money raised from ticket sales and the silent auction will benefit the hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
