Local plastic surgeon part of special event

Carol Hollan, M.D., San Diego’s first female board-certified plastic surgeon and member of the Smoot, Smoot, Sadrian and Hollan medical practice, participated in South Coast Winery’s GrapeSeed Spa special event, “Discover the Fountain of Youth,” on June 25.

The technologically advanced facial is a noninvasive, age-defying skin procedure in aesthetic practices, and the GrapeSeed Spa is the first and only spa in Southern California to offer it. Immediate results are obtained from its rejuvenating qualities.

Guests mingled on the second-level outdoor terrace while savoring wine and appetizers, then participated in complimentary makeovers with seasonal colors from the spa’s mineral makeup line, sampled the new signature fragrance, participated in gift drawings and shopped in the boutique. Hollan and the patient team from the practice answered inquiries regarding face and body plastic surgery procedures and provided one-on-one consultations.
