Local student plays Tiny Tim

A second grade Solana Beach student plays Tiny Tim in “A Christmas Carol” at North Coast Repertory Theatre. Karli Stults is 7 years old and has been performing since she was 4.

At age 5 she made her professional debut as the Munchkin Babydoll in Starlight Theater’s production of “The Wizard of Oz.” She has also performed with community theater groups in “Cinderella,” “Traditions of Christmas” and “Seussical.”

She is currently on the dance team at All Star Dance and has performed at several venues around San Diego.

Karli loves to read, jump on her trampoline, play dolls and hang out with her older sister.

“A Christmas Carol” runs through Dec. 30.
