Man dies installing skylights

An Orange County man installing skylights in a barn in Rancho Santa Fe fell more than 30 feet and died, it was reported.

Frank Riggio, 52, of Trabuco Canyon, fell through a skylight opening at Buena Vista Farms on El Montevideo shortly after 2:30 p.m. Sunday and was taken to a hospital in La Jolla, where he died shortly after arriving, according to the Medical Examiner’s Office.
