New ocean art gallery to open in Solana Beach

Artists Aaron Chang and Wade Koniakowsky will premiere a new ocean art gallery at a reception 6 to 9 p.m. July 10 at 415 S. Cedros in Solana Beach.

In addition to a raffle, refreshments and music, the party will showcase merchandise created by both owners.
