OPINION: Rafner, Wooden and Gibson the right choice
We are parents and community members motivated to ensure that all the children of the district continue to achieve an exceptional level of academic excellence. We seek candidates for the Del Mar Union school board who value academic achievement, respect the expertise of district staff, and wish to rebuild the trust and stability of our community. For this reason, we endorse Doug Rafner, Scott Wooden, and Krsitin Gibson for election to the school board in 2010.
We are confident that these three candidates are the most qualified and best suited for the role of trustee for our school district. Their educational and professional backgrounds are strong. They all have records of public service demonstrating their integrity and willingness to work on behalf of the entire community. Finally, they each have leadership qualities that will enable them to be both decisive and steadfast in achieving their objectives as trustees.
