The Solana Beach Library held a “Summer Kick-off Party” on June 21. The event featured live jazz and contemporary music, a demonstration by the Ballistic Racers Flyball Team, Love On a Leash therapy dogs, Free Spirit the Clown, balloon animals, crafts, prizes and refreshments. Guests also had the opportunity to meet artist Mona Mills and view her whimsical portraits.
