Seany Foundation wins Chase gift

The Seany Foundation ranked No. 81 in the recent Chase Community Giving contest, deeming it a recipient of a $20,000 donation from Chase.

Monies received will benefit The Seany Foundation’s current projects: Sean L. Robins Pediatric Oncology Fellowships and Clinical Trials at Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego (RCHSD) and UCSD; Seany Teen Room in the oncology wing of the new patient care pavilion of RCHSD, scheduled completion in Fall 2010; Seany Music Program to be implemented in the Seany Teen Room late 2010; Seany’s Sponsor-a-Kid Program that invites young cancer patients and their families to special blockbuster movie screenings free-of-charge, and Sean Lewis Robins Endowed Research Fund for Pediatric Sarcoma at Moores UCSD Cancer Center.
