Adrianne Ahern, Ph.D., a Del Mar psychologist, author and speaker, shared methodology on ‘rewiring your brain’ during her 90-minute ‘Snap Out of it Now’ special on San Diego’s KPBS-TV on Saturday. On the program, the author of ‘Snap Out of it Now’ and ‘Back in Charge’ shared ways to break free of the cage of negative conditioning. Ahern, who practices in Carmel Valley, previously consulted at Scripps Hospital in La Jolla.
