St. Peter’s Parish choir in Del Mar seeks more voices

Love to sing beautiful church music, ranging from William Byrd to Benjamin Britten?

St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Del Mar is looking for more voices for its Parish Choir. In lieu of a traditional audition, prospective choir members are asked to meet with St. Peter’s Music Director Ruben Valenzuela. Weekly rehearsals are on Thursdays from 7-9 p.m. The choir sings regularly at Sunday services at 11 a.m., as well as at monthly Choral Evensongs (First Sunday of the month, at 5 p.m.) and some special events.

St. Peter’s Episcopal Church is located at 334 14th St., Del Mar, one block east of Highway 101.
