Students immersed in Revolutionary history

Solana Santa Fe fifth-graders participated in a Walk Through the American Revolution, a game showlike presentation by California Weekly Explorer Inc. Students gave presentations, answered questions and took mini quizzes to win points for their teams the White Torries, the Red Coats and the Blue Rebels.

Some students opted to dress for the occasion with wigs and colonial garb as they showed off their Revolutionary knowledge. All musket firing was imaginary.
