Two students sick at Sage Canyon School in Carmel Valley

Share

Two known students have become ill with vomiting this week while at Sage Canyon School. It is not known if this was related to the virus of last week. As a precautionary measure the areas have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

Incidents like this are typically no sign for alarm, however, the school and Del Mar Union School District believes it is important to keep parents informed in light of the events of last week. School remains open and the district is working with the County of San Diego, Health and Human Services Agency.

Ninety-six percent of students are in attendance at Sage Canyon today. — Submitted press release
