Sharks GU11 White team wins Coronado Cup

The Sharks Girls U11 White Team took first place at the Coronado Holiday Cup in an impressive team effort recently. The first game was a 1-1 tie with San Diego Fusion. They beat Carlsbad United F.C. 1-0 in their second game, and won their third game from Nado 4-3. The finals against San Diego Fusion ended in 0-0, after which the game was decided in penalty kicks. After a memorable save by goalie Lexi Greene, the winning PK was scored by Paige Parker. This Sharks team has won the Coronado Holiday Cup three years in a row!
